6)In the eBay, with the start of end of the time of auction, auction ends. But in the case of Live Online Auction, each and every time, after placement of the additional bid in the last 10 or 15 seconds, the clock is again reset by 20 or 30 seconds for allowing the bidders to submit another bid.

Rules Of Touching Holy Quran – Scholars Point Of View

Holy Quran is a book of Allah, it contains words of Almighty Allah and Quran Recitation is the religious duty of every Muslim to recite it in a proper way. There are different opinions of people regarding the ethics for touching the Quran; some say that it is not permissible to touch Quran without wudu. This is the view of four Imams and it was expressed in fatwaas of companions of Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H).

According to a Saheeh Hadith: “No one should touch the Quran except one who is taahir (pure).” So according to above mentioned hadith, it is not allowed to touch Holy Quran for a person who is in the state of minor or major impurity. But if a person touches it by picking it up in wrapper or a cover, then it is fine. On the other hand, touching the Quran while not in a state of taharat is not allowed and permitted according to saheeh view of most of the Muslims.

The second opinion is that it is completely fine for a person to recite this book when he has not performed ablution. In case, a person is junub, which means that if he is in a state of major impurity, he must not recite the Holy Quran as it is narrated from Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H). There is another point that can be understood from the scholar’s point of view, which states that, it is fine to recite the Holy Quran in a state of minor impurity, while it is not allowed to recite the Quran in a state of major impurity.
