Ramadan is a month of fasting and worshiping ALLAH a lot. People now have forgotten their lord and attracted towards western cultures. TV, internet, movies, songs, wasting money on saloons and dieting is an activities of people Muslims and non Muslims. When Ramadan came, people take it as a diet chart now. Fasting doesn’t means a punishment or a duty to make you smart. Fasting means to obey ALLAH and stop yourself from the things ALLAH has stopped you.

People take Ramadan to set their fitness levels. It is true to have a light Ramadan food but it is for making yourself light so that prayers can be performed easily. In Ramadan as we fast the whole day we can control our fitness level by exercise. Don’t leave the food fully, body need food.

Exercise is good for health and makes a man perfect. It saves from many diseases. But in Ramadan avoid having high impact sports. Take food that are easily digested and consume your small portions time by time. Do exercise after breaking your fast. Make sure to do exercise that reduce your fats not your muscles. Reducing fats is important for better health. Exercise should be done before few hours of your fast breaking or after breaking the fast. Avoid training of exercises during fasting, because training will make lose of protein, stamina and strength.

But instead of focusing on your weight, fats and Ramadan recipes you must have to focus on your prayers and ibadats. Do lots of prayers in the month of Ramadan and ask for forgiveness from ALLAH.

Quran online“Iman is an Islamic term usually translated as belief or faith and is often used to refer to the strength of conviction in a Muslim” and a Mu’min is who has a belief in the unseen. There are five pillars of Iman, first is Allah(SWT) one has to believe in Oneness of Allah, second is His Angels, third is His Messengers / Prophets, fourth is His Books/Scriptures, fifth is the Day of Judgment and the Akhirah or after life, sixth is Predestination. For further clarification we can read Quran online and following is the Hadith which tells us the characteristics of Iman.

Book 1, Number 0004:

Abu Huraira reported: “One day the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) appeared before the public that a man came to him and said: Prophet of Allah, (tell me) what is Iman. Upon this he (the Holy Prophet) replied: That you affirm your faith in Allah, His angels, His Books, His meeting, His Messengers and that you affirm your faith in the Resurrection hereafter. He (again) said: Messenger of Allah, (tell me) what does al-Islam signify. He (the Holy Prophet) replied: Al-Islam signifies that you worship Allah and do not associate anything with Him and you establish obligatory prayer and you pay the obligatory poor-rate (Zakat) and you observe the fast of Ramadan. He (the inquirer) again said: Messenger of Allah, what does al-Ihsan imply ? He (the Holy Prophet) replied: That you worship Allah as if you are seeing Him, and in case you fail to see Him, then observe prayer (with this idea in your mind) that (at least) He is seeing you. He (the inquirer ) again said: Messenger of Allah, when would there be the hour (of Doom) ? He (the Holy Prophet) replied: The one who is asked about it is no better informed than the inquirer. I, however, narrate some of its signs (and these are): when the slave-girl will give birth to he master, when the naked, barefooted would become the chiefs of the people – these are some of the signs of (Doom). (Moreover) when the shepherds of the black (camels) would exult themselves in buildings, this is one of the signs of (Doom). (Doom) is one of the five (happenings wrapped in the unseen) which no one knows but Allah. Then he (the Messenger of Allah) recited (the verse) : “Verily Allah! with Him alone is the knowledge of the hour and He it is Who sends (down the rain) and knows that which is in the wombs and no person knows whatsoever he shall earn tomorrow, and a person knows not in whatsoever land he shall die. Verily Allah is Knowing, Aware . He (the narrator, Abu Huraira) said: Then the person turned back and went away. The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Bring that man back to me. They (the Companions of the Holy Prophet present there) went to bring him back, but they saw nothing there. Upon this the Messenger of Allah remarked: he was Gabriel, who came to teach the people their religion”.

(In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful, all praise and thanks are due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger)

Thus it does prove that Holy Quran is a book of almighty ALLAH, Its true and right book. We should follow this book to make our way of life according to ALLAH and prepare a place in Heaven. There are some verses in Quran about this challenge.

Allah says in Surah no 17 Verse No 88 “Say: if the entire humans and jinn’s join together to produce anything like this Quran, they will not (be able to) come up with anything like it, even if they assist one another.”

Allah says in Surah no. 10 Verse No 38 “Or, do they say: that he has made it up?  Say, then bring a Surah like this, and call whomsoever you can beside Allah, if you are true.”
No one has bring any proof against these verses. Holy Quran Is a Source of Islamic Teachings and Laws; it covers all the aspects of human life so it should be translated in English to teach others what it is all about.

That is true that there are other translations in languages one of yours available in the context of Quran but there are two important aspects that require your understanding and this is of the good reason that why one should read the Quran in the language it was revealed in rather than in any other translated version.

Well, to your knowledge and understanding the real difference is to be understood and derived from the real revelation of ALLAH (SWT). No other word or translation in any other language can make you explain the true sense which other language can make it and this is where you are to understand the real difference, which is more important than any other.

(In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful, all praise and thanks are due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger)

On the very little knowledge and information I may have but the fact is that there are certain aspects which are known to provide the precise knowledge and information which helps us to identify between right and wrong and this is where you as a Muslim are to understand the appropriate message of Islam.

Many non-believers are with the idea that Muslims consider them as infidels and that they are with the idea that killing of non-believers is ordered in Islam for which they shall be awarded and in addition to the context they believe that it is only Muslims who would be awarded Paradise/Heaven and thus it requires a second look while Scientific Predictions of Holy Quran.

To an extent when it tends to make such claims we are to look certain things in more detail and thus the Holy Quran does ask for submission and this is where you are to understand that submission is only and only due to Islam and this is where you as a Muslim should know the very precise meaning of submission to Allah (SWT).

The equivalent English word for Islam is Submission, which is practiced by a Submitter to God alone [1]. There are submitters who are Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Hindu, or from other backgrounds. All submitters who are devoted to God alone without setting up any idols are redeemed by God [2]. Thus, God’s scripture, the Quran, tells us that His devoted worshippers, no matter what they call themselves, will go to heaven.

Relevant Quran Verses: [1] 2:207-208, 3:19, 10:28-29; [2] 2:62, 5:69, 3:84-85.

After achieving their goal the started adopting the life style of westerns and bought their kids the attractive thing like, TV, video games, VCR… and much more.
