If we learn Quran properly, we will get to know how beautiful the religion of Islam is. It addresses every issue of mankind. Before Islam women had no rights, they were treated as animals. Islam came and brought justice and equality.
Divorce is one act which is Halal, but it is not liked by Allah (SWT). Allah Ta’ala made sure that the women don’t get divorce in conditions which can be serious for her. Many people ask this question that is it permissible for the man to issues divorce while his wife is menstruating?
There is no harm in it if a man issues divorce to his wife while the wife is menstruating because this act would not physically hurt her. Allah SWT says in the Holy Quran: “O you who believe! When you marry believing women, and then divorce them before you have sexual intercourse with them, no ‘Iddah [divorce prescribed period] have you to count in respect of them”.
If a man divorces his wife before consummating the marriage with her, he is not allowed to take her back, because he could only take her back during the ‘iddah period, and the woman who is gets the divorce before the marriage is consummated does not have to spend the time of ”iddah”.
It is very important for Muslims to Learn Quran and Hadith to familiarize themselves with the Islamic problems.
