Surah Waqiah has great virtues as our Abdullah ibn Mas’ud reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, ‘Whoever recites surah al Waqiah at night would never encounter poverty’ [Ibn as-Sunni 620, Bayhaqi]. There is another Hadith The Prophet said, ‘Surah al Waqiah is the Surah of Wealth, so recite it and teach it to your children’ [Ibn Asakir].
