The Holy Quran has announced in unequivocal periods one-by-one, a humanity or a State has no right to assertion obedience from any individual, since obedience is due to God and God only. But fro some it is not believable that there is a god that they cannot see or hear from. Thus they think that How can then one comply Him?

The response is that obedience is not to God in person but to the regulations He has disclosed in the Quran. The bureau for enforcing God’s regulations is the Islamic State and obedience to God entails, in perform, obedience to the State which enforces His laws.

Obedience in the name of Allah of the state means that we are using the name of the state for the implementation of laws. Therefore it is the responsibility of the society not to exploit the rights of the individuals on the name of Islam.

When the state does not fulfill the requirements of the society they are not entitled to be followed by the individuals of the society too.

Thus it is only God to which you have to show obedience too. Anyone else going against any law of Islam is likely to exploit the rights of the individuals of the state.
