Ramadan is a month of fasting and worshiping ALLAH a lot. People now have forgotten their lord and attracted towards western cultures. TV, internet, movies, songs, wasting money on saloons and dieting is an activities of people Muslims and non Muslims. When Ramadan came, people take it as a diet chart now. Fasting doesn’t means a punishment or a duty to make you smart. Fasting means to obey ALLAH and stop yourself from the things ALLAH has stopped you.

People take Ramadan to set their fitness levels. It is true to have a light Ramadan food but it is for making yourself light so that prayers can be performed easily. In Ramadan as we fast the whole day we can control our fitness level by exercise. Don’t leave the food fully, body need food.

Exercise is good for health and makes a man perfect. It saves from many diseases. But in Ramadan avoid having high impact sports. Take food that are easily digested and consume your small portions time by time. Do exercise after breaking your fast. Make sure to do exercise that reduce your fats not your muscles. Reducing fats is important for better health. Exercise should be done before few hours of your fast breaking or after breaking the fast. Avoid training of exercises during fasting, because training will make lose of protein, stamina and strength.

But instead of focusing on your weight, fats and Ramadan recipes you must have to focus on your prayers and ibadats. Do lots of prayers in the month of Ramadan and ask for forgiveness from ALLAH.

Yes, the amount of knowledge we possess is not great, but as the time and technology is advancing we are provided with several online options to acquire appropriate information of this special month and what it takes to get the most out of the given blessed month.

RAMADAN is the month in which ALLAH (SWT) has stressed upon its importance over other months and no month is more special than this month in which we Muslims are to fast and practice the following with complete submission to our Lord, ALLAH (SWT). The discipline and worship which we follow in the month of RAMADAN and the greatness about such a month is nothing less than a blessing to mankind.

In this month we are to recite Quran in abundance and in this very Month of Ramadan we are to pray the special prayers conducted in mosque with ISHA prayers known as TARAWEEH in which Taraweeh To Be Offered In Congregation as a large number of Quran portion is recited, thus making it special for the blessed Month on Muslims.

For your information the Arabic word TARAWEEH means to relax and rest. As we know that these prayers are often long than usual and one has to stand in prayers, bow, sit and prostrating in the prayers for which the cycle of four are completed following some period allowed to rest and relax, thus these special prayers are known as Taraweeh in the Special Month of Ramadan.
